Over de functie

The Regional Supply Team of Bayer crop science specialised in vegetable seeds is looking for an Inventory Specialist. As an inventory specialist you will be responsible for the availability of the goods. You need to plan this correctly and will do this via SAP and other systems. You will also follow up on quality change of stock and inform the relevant stakeholders. You will also review and analyse supply situations to identify possible shortages and proactively act to cover gaps. To manage all of these tasks, you will work closely with the Market Specialist, Quality Assurance department and Plant Operations Department. You possess a set of communicative skills, as well as the ability to be analytical with a sharp eye for detail.’

Wat wij vragen

For this position we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or education in supply chain, business administration, agricultural management or something similar. You will be working in an international team so you are fluent in English,speak dutch and have good social and communication skills. You also have stong analytical skills, are a problem solver and like to work together with other teams. Because you will be working with Excel and the ERP system a lot, good computer skills are also necessary. 

Wat wij bieden

New employees are hired on a contract with our temporary agency and are offered a contract of at least 7 month to start with. But it's not a temporary job and there are a lot of opportunities to grown with in the company and earn yourself a permanent contract.Work from home is also possible and equipment is arranged (laptop, mobile phone, extra computer screen). Also,we offer:

  • The start salary is between € 2750 and €3000 gross per month depending on your experience. 
  • Work from home allowance
  • If you live more than 5 km away from work you get travel expenses. (Not when you work from home).
  • The vacation money is 8,33% per year 
  • You get 25 vacation days.    
  • Pension scheme
